Thank You!

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone!
Hope your having a great day!
Yeah, it's almost Friday.....any big plans for the weekend? I kind of have a quiet weekend which isn't so bad for a change, lol! I am hoping to get in my craft room to play and to do some organizing...it's
pretty messy right now:(
I have a quick card to share with you today~ I picked up some of these pretty papers a month ago and haven't had a chance to use them until now. I thought I would make a few more thank you cards for my stash.
The pattern paper for this card is from Paper Studio and the cardstock is from the kraft outlet.  I used my DIA Zutter for distressing the edges. Along the top is a beautiful border die from Memory Box called Frostyville which used chunky sugar coating over it for the sparkle. I also layered a snowflake that was from Jaded Blossom Winters die set, added a gem to the center and with a foam adhesive put in place.
I used Jaded Blossom Christmas Dies for the deer (which I've had for a while just waiting to use) and inked the edges with TH walnut stain. The scalloped border is created using a SU border punch. I added some yummy twine from My Mind's Eye that was in my stash.
I finished with stamping the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Thank You stamp set.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Paper Issues Say it ain't snow cold outside
2.) Jo's Scrap Shack Challenge #71 Anything Goes
3.) The Kraft Journal Challenge #207 Anything Goes Winter

My Creative Time~Guest Designer

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!
Hello Everyone!!
I am so excited today as I am Guest Designing for My Creative Time for Tag it Tuesday! I hope you will pop over to My Creative Time and check out what the DT has created for you.....you won't be sorry~I promise!
Here is my GD project:
Arya's little friend turned 3 the other day and I made a special gift tag and adorable gift bag for her to put the gift in that she is going to give her.
I started with MCT Tags Die for the base of the tag and followed with the Tag Die Layers using fun pattern paper from Glitz Design sent to me from my dear friend, Lisa. I picked up this cute little cupcake girl over at SVG cutting files a few weeks back and finally got a chance to use it!
Isn't she just the sweetest?
I continued using the adorable papers from this fun pack on this cutie pie. The sweet face was stamped with the PKSC-21 Sept 2013 stamp set. I added rosy cheeks, freckles and some glossy accents. I added some sequins and a little Sparkling Ice glitter to the cupcake along with dab of glossy accents to the candle flame for a fun look. The sentiment is stamped with the Gift Card Sentiment stamp set.
The pretty gift bag is made with pattern paper from Recollections and cut from the Wrap it Up cartridge at 9 1/2. I attached the tag to a gift bag, tied on some fun ribbon and finished with twine bow.
Hope you like my project today!

Thank You

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone and Happy Saturday!
I hope you are having a great weekend~
I am back to share another thank you card with you today. I  had a request to make a couple for a friend which is great as it's giving me the chance to make a few extra's to!

The lovely card base is design #15294 which I purchased from the Silhouette Store and cut on my Cameo. The papers are from SU called Under the Tree Specialty Designer paper.
The beautiful deer is the Classy Deer Sweet Cuts Die from Sweet Stamps. Isn't it pretty? I think this is one of my favorite dies that I purchased in the past couple of months. I tied on a little red bell with jute string and tied a bow.
I stamped the sentiment with My Craft Spot's Simply Sentiments on the circle that was created with the SU circle punch. I layered it on the SU scallop and finish with bling for sparkle. I finished the card by wrapping beautiful hot chocolate crinkle ribbon from 3Girl JAM.

Thank You

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!
Hello my crafty friends,
I hope you are having a great day!
I am getting some craft time in today...yeah!
I have been trying to get in my craft room but January is such a busy month for me at work, ugh! I  am trying to do year end and fitting in some employee training which has consumed a lot of my time. Soon......(very soon) I will have some free time, yippy!!!

I found this adorable Chibi Snowmen file over at SVG Cutting Files and decided to make a few thank you cards with it. My daughter had put in a request for a few as Arya had some people to thank for the Christmas gifts she received.
There is also a fun challenge going on at SVG Cutting Files that I wanted to join in. I also kept in mind some others that are going on as well~
This set has 3 different snowmen....Oh, they are so cute, ha?
I started with the Wavy Card Base from SVG Cutting Files and cut it on my Cameo. The pattern papers are from Recollections~Sugar Plum collection and the cardstock from my stash.
I then put together these adorable chibi snowmen and adhered them in place.  I touched up some of the pieces with the clear glitter brush from Wink of Stella.
I finished with adding some pretty ribbon from my stash. The sentiment is stamped with Sweet Stamps Thank You Curly U903CC stamp set.
Aren't they adorable?
I am entering this in the following challenges:

Happy Winter

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone and Happy Sunday!
I hope you are having a great weekend!
I had a wonderful time with my sisters this weekend. We did a little shopping, went out to eat a few times and even went to the Casino! I am not a big gambler but I did play some pull tabs and won a few bucks, yeah! We enjoyed just being silly and I have to say, I haven't laughed so hard in my life...we really had a great time!

I have a super sweet card to share with you today using an adorable cut file from Kadoodle Bug Designs that I cut on my Cameo.
I started with a card base and layer using Spellbinders Grand Scalloped Rectangles metal dies. I then have 2 panels that I distressed with the Zutter DIA and adhered in place. The pattern papers are from My Mind's Eye~Merry Days of Christmas.
I cut the darling bear from Kadoodle Bug Designs Fun in the Snow cut file and put it together and then stamped the face with PK170 Teddy Bear Asst stamp set. I colored the eyes, added rosy cheeks, freckles and with foam dots, put in place.
I added some pretty new sheer ribbon that I got from Christmas and tied a bow. I layered a double bow using silver thin string and then a sparkly button for an added touch. The tag is cut at 3/4" with the Art Philosophy cartridge...still one of my favorite cartridges! I stamped the sentiment with My Craft Spot's Think Snow stamp set.
The sparkly snowflake was glittered with Sparkling Ice as was the fun little snowballs. I finished with fun little skittles in the corner from my friend, Carri at DoubleClick.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
