Monster Popcorn Treat Box

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hi Everyone!
I hope you had a great weekend!
It was a busy one for us but we got a lot done, yeah! They sure go fast, ha?
I was also able to sneak away Saturday morning to craft with a few of my friends and we had such a wonderful time. We are trying to do this at least once a month :)
I have a fun little treat to share with you:
This cute 3D monster popcorn treat box was found at the Silhouette Store~design #65706. The papers were all from my scraps. I added a fun border using a Martha Stewart border punch along the top.
I also added goodly eyes and then a wobble to the monster before I adhered it in place.
I filled a cello bag with yummy hot tamale's, added a cute bow and a fun tag:) The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom~Cheesy Pick Ups 3 stamp set.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Action Wobble Challenge~Anything Goes
2.) Decorate to Celebrate Challenge #96 Anything Goes
3.) Little Scrap Pieces Show it off Saturday

Friends fur-ever

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello my crafty friends~
Happy Friday......I hope your having a great day!!
I have a quick project to share with you using some new product I recently got from My Creative Time that has been sitting waiting to be used. I wanted to do something special for Arya's little daycare friend who is celebrating a birthday and loves kitties. So, I thought this You had me at Meow stamp/die set was just perfect!
I hope she likes it:
I created these darling treat boxes using My Creative Time's Milk Carton metal die. Fun ha? I can see a lot of possibilities with this especially if you need to make a large quantity:) The papers are a mix from Pebbles and SU.
Of course, I couldn't just make one?!
The grass is created with Jaded Blossom Winter Dies which is actually icicles but I think it works perfect for grass to, don't you?
The kitties are and sentiments are also from My Creative Time's You had me at Meow stamp/die set. I stamped the kitties, colored  them with copics,  and added glossy accents to the glasses, bow and the hearts.  I finished with a paper clip to close the carton and added a beautiful red bow with ribbon from SU.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Anya, Oddies and Others Challenge~Anything Goes
2.) Decorate to Celebrate Challenge #96 Anything Goes

Lucky

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone & Happy Monday!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend! It was a really nice here.....in the 50's. We spent a lot of time outside cleaning up the yard...It felt so good to take in the fresh air and feel the warm sun!

I have a quick project to share with you today :) I put together an order for a friend of mine who was requesting 2 dozen pretzels sticks for St Patty's Day. Of course, I went right to the Silhouette Store to find a print & cut file so I could whip these up quickly.
After dipping the pretzels in candy melts and sprinkling candies on them, I let them set up. I then packaged them in the pretzel sleeves and made a fun tag to tie on. The tag was found at the Silhouette Store and cut on my Cameo. I cut them on yellow card stock and inked the edges with walnut stain.
The Hippo is a print & cut file found also at the Silhouette Store #55718. Is it cute? I finished by tying the fun tags on with black licorice twine from Trendy Twine and a Wink of Stella for a little sparkle.
Quick and super easy!

Happy Birthday

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hi Everyone!
I hope you are having a fantastic week so far! Can you believe it's Friday tomorrow? Ofta, where has the week gone! It has been beautiful this week~in the 40's and hoping to hit 50's by the weekend, yeah!  I am so ready for spring :)

I have a cute birthday card to share today using some fun product I picked up from
Simon Says Stamps.  I really had a lot of fun with some of these products~Thanks to my blogger friends, Mona from Cupcake Creations and Lisa from A Mermaids Crafts who have inspired me to give this a try. Be sure to check out their blogs for inspiration......they are AMAZING!
I started with a white card base. The base layer is pattern paper from My Mind's Eye and I have distressed the edges with the DIA. The yellow panel was cut and using a fun Stencil~Balloon & Patterns from Simon Says Stamps along with Texture Paste created a textured background. Once it dried, I added some color using TH Walnut Distressed Paint and then finished with Ranger Perfect Pearl Mist for a shimmery look over the whole panel.
The beautiful butterfly is SU Butterflies Thinlit's Dies which I have used foam dimensions for additional dimension. I embossed the sentiment from My Creative Time's Card Sentiments stamp set with Sweet Stamps Pearl embossing powder. I also added some cute little enamel dots that were in my stash. I finished with a decorative border using a punch from Recollections and tied on a pretty bow with 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Simon Says Wednesday Challenge~Things that Fly
2.) 3 Girl JAM Challenge Mar~Anything Goes w/ribbon
3.) Paper Issues Challenge~Enamored with Enamel
