Here is a simple card that I made using the Nifty Fifties cartridge. I actually just got this a few weeks back and is it a FUN cartridge! The images are awesome and there are some really fun phrases to work with.
My card base is cut at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, base layer at 4 x 5 1/4. I used the polka dot embossing folder for the base layer and also a SU border punch on the outer edges to give it a little different look. I cut the car at 1 1/2 plus the layers. The star bursts were cut at 2 1/4 and 2 1/2 and the "crusin" was cut at 3/4". I added a little bakers twin from Papertreyink behind the star burst and a little on the buttons. I also used a little stickles around the tires to add a little sparkle. This car reminds be back in the day when I worked at the A&W, we had a lot of customers that would drive up in cars just like this:) Hope you like it! I welcome comments!!!
