Stay Cool in the Pool

Hello Everyone,

Hope your all having a great week! This week is flying by:) Today I made a FUN card for a challenge at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #67 ~Pool Time and My Craft Spot Challenge #15 ~Sunny Days.

My card base is 5 1/2 card, base layer 5 3/8  x 5 3/8. I cut the floaty w/girl at 3 1/2  and the sun at 2 1/4 from Pack your Bags cartridge. I used the Peachy Keen~Princess Face asst for the cute little face on the sun .

I just got the curly label die from  My Creative Time  in the mail and thought I would use it on this card. The sentiment is also from My Creative Time ~Have fun in the sun set which fits perfect in her die. Love it!  Hope you find time to stop over to these blogs and play in the challenges:)


This is what our summers where all about when we were kids. Spent our days at the pool and the lakes. Talk about relaxing.....I want those days back, LOL!

    Oh yes I also remember those beautiful days when we were younger and every weekend we would go to the lake. I loved the water and sun. Summer is just to short in Canada. Beautiful card, love the colours and the cuts. Thanks for joining the challenge at My Craft Spot.

    Cute card. Especially like your arrangement, choice of colors & the twine. We spend lots of time in our pool with the Central TX temps being 100+.
