Hope your having a fantastic day! Beautiful weather the last few days. Here is a card that I made using my Pooh Font cartridge. It has been a long time since I used this cartridge and thought it would be fun again. I also wanted to play in a challenge at Birthday Sundaes which is a color challenge~ Use pink, green and white (neutrals can be used if needed).
I cut the base of the card at 5" from the lacy labels cartridge and welding them with my gypsy. I also cut a layer at 4 3/4 and 4 1/2. I cut Piglet at 4" plus all the layers. I did a little embossing using the swiss dots folder on the teddy bear. The circle and lacy circle is from Nestibilities~Lacey circles set and the sentiment is from My Pink stamper~Sweet Baby. I added a double bow with some satin ribbon I had in my stash along with some prima flowers to spruce Piglet up a bit. Thanks for looking:)

Oh my gosh, Sherrie, this has to be one of the CUTEST cards I've seen! That image of Piglet with his teddy bear is precious! (Awwww, I love Piglet!) The shape is so unique and adds great visual interest and I love the paper! The beautiful bow and prima flowers are the perfect accent! I absolutely LOVE this!! ReplyDeleteI am trying to decided on a label/edge cartridge and was leaning toward Elegant Edges... Now I'm thinking I should look at Lacy Labels! It's too hard to decide (and I've told myself that I'm to get only one!!).

How in the world do you pack so many brilliant aspects into every card you make?! :o) This is so sweet and adorable! The shape is fabulous and I love how you embossed the sweet teddy bear and used polka dotted paper for Piglet. They look wonderful together! Your sprucing is just stunning, too. The pearl and satin are gorgeous. As is the tag base! It's not easy combing elegant and adorable, but you've knocked this one out of the park. :o) Stunning, my friend! :o)
