Happy Happy Birthday!

Hello Everyone!

Happy Wednesday!! First off,  just want to be sure you don't miss the FUN with Barb over at BugBites ~ She has her very own stamp set called ALL YEAR ROUND that is being released on Mon. Aug 8th. She has asked some of her blogger friends to help showcase her stamps set and is doing a sneak peek all this week. I am so excited for her!! For today I made a card for a few challenges going on that I wanted to participate in. Here is what I came up with:



I made this 4 x 9 birthday card. I cut this cute little monster out at 3.75 plus all the layers. Isn't he just so cute?  I used my gypsy to hide the features on the face so I could use my Peachy Keen Stamps~Monster Mash face asst.  Cute, ha? I used My Creative Times curly label die and her cute stamp set~Wow! so many candles. I used the spellbinders die for the scallop square, SU for the border & circle punch and Hero Arts for the friend stamp. I also added some embossing on the card and on the monster to add some fun to the card. Hope you like it:)

    Wonderful monster card. Did you know about the Hero Arts challenge going on for mth of Aug: Creatures & Cards? You could enter this one into the Kids cards category. I entered my "thinking of you" "Whale always be friends" Card into the creatures (whale) category.

    I'm going to have to play with my gypsy and figure out how to "hide" the face features with he cricut. I want to buy some peachy keen stamps...they're so cute and I keep seeing them.

    Oh my goodness! I love this card! That little monster is amazing, and the PK face puts it over the top! I love Halloween themed projects, and now I really can't wait to start using my monster stuff! TFS! :)
