Thank You!

Hello Everyone,

Wow, thanks everyone for all the sweet comments and joining me in celebrating my 6 month Blog Anniversary! You are all so kind, sweet and so supportive. I am enjoying reading all the comments and again.....thank you so much for your friendship!!

Hope you are all having a wonderful day!! On my way home from a trip to Menard's with my hubby, we spotted tree's that are changing already. Can you believe that? I actually like fall, but not so crazy for what comes next, LOL! 

I made a quick card for the sweet lady that grooms my dog, Gizzy. He has been going to her for 15 yrs and she absolutely loves him.  I also thought that I would use an older cartridge for My Creative Times Throwback Thursday Challenge which is to use a "retired" cartridge and play in this challenge. You have until Wednesday if you still want to join in :)

I cut the base from the Elegant Edges cartridge at 5.38 x 11.49. The base layer at 5.15 x 5.65 on pg 39. I cut the dog house from a "retired" cartridge, Paper Pups at 3.94 x 3.74. The cute little pup is cut at 1.12 x 3.73 grouped and welded to the house plus the layers.  I did a little embossing with the spots folder and the tag is from Hero Arts. I added some stickles to the stars for a sparkly look and some bling which is from my Diva pearl pen.

    When Michaels had the $10 cartridge sale, I saw Paper Pups but was thinking that I would never need it. But then I see cards like yours and it makes me regret not picking it up! I love those layers. They're so cute!

    Someone else I follow used Paper Pups last week and I told her it broke my heart. That's one cart. I wanted but never got and I soooo regret that now. Your card is super cute.

    This is such a sweet shape card, which is perfect for such a sweet gesture! :o) Your design is fabulous (as always) and I absolutely love your ribbon choice. Sparkly puppy love ribbon is perfect! :o) The doghouse looks fabulous with the embossing. Beautiful job once again. :o)

    Aww...this is super cute Sherrie! I love the pups cart! I wish I had bought it! My sister has it, but it has been in her storage unit since her move! I can't believe you have leaves changing already! It has been feeling like fall here (which I LOVE)! Hopefully that means we'll have a long fall and not an early winter!
