Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful fall day! Today I have a card that I made for a challenge over at Birthday Sundaes. The challenge is to make a criss cross birthday card. This is a first for me. So, with the instructions over at Splitcoast Stampers I was able to make one.
I cut the bird from Straight from the Nest cartridge at 2" and 4" plus the layers. Don't ya just love that little birdie? I couldn't resist :) I used the Spellbinders~lacey circles to layer the big bird onto. I added some polka dot ribbon and the sentiment~Happy Birthday which is from My Pink Stamper~Sweetest Cupcakes stamp set. The pull out tab circle and scallop is from my Creative Time-scallop and stitched circle die. Hope you stop over to Birthday Sundaes to play along in the challenge!
Thanks for visiting,
Sherrie K

I love all these happy colors going on.. and the dotted paper looks fabulous with the dot ribbon. :o) (Your bows are always perfect!) The scallop circle mats are gorgeous and I love that they match the circle tab. Of course the sweet birdies are lovely.. so sweet and playful. I love their hats. :o) My gosh Sherrie, this is gorgeous. I've never made a criss-cross card but had hoped to for this challenge.. alas, I'm out of time. :( I'll just stare at yours to make up for it. ;) Hehe. Excellent work. :o)
