SWEET Holiday Wishes!

Hi Everyone and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!

Happy Sunday all! This afternoon I had a little time in my craft room to made a quick card for a challenge that ends this evening. Wow, talk about last minute, ha?  The challenge is over at Celebrate the Occasion Challenge #34-Use red, black and white.

I decided to make a Christmas card for this challenge. I have many cards to make for the holidays and I thought that maybe this would help get me in the mood to get started.  I cut the tag base at 3.35 x 11.95 from the Winter Frolic cartridge. I used my gypsy and welded them together. The base layer is cut at 3.12 x 5.51 using paper from Recollections-Sugar Plums.

The penguin is cut at 4" plus the layers and the "Sweet Holiday Wishes" cut at 1 1/2. I added a little stickles, gems, google eyes and a satin bow to finish it up.  I love the google eyes....they actually have a spring on them so they stick out a bit. Hope you like it:)

Thanks for looking!
Sherrie K
