Too cute to spook!

Hello Everyone and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!!

I was cruising blog land and stopped to visit  Robin's Creative Cottage  and she had these adorable Halloween treat boxes. I just had to make one of these!  Take a minute and visit her blog, she is amazing and sooo talented!!!  She also has a video on making these Halloween treat boxes with all the directions. You will love it!

After I made this adorable bucket like bag from the instructions at Robin's , I embossed it with the  spots & dots folder and then decorated it. I cut out the little ghost from Paper Dolls cartridge at 3.09 x 5.59 on my gypsy to hide the face and used Peachy Keens~Make a Monster set for the face. I ran the ghost through the crimper and added some glossy accents on the eyes. The die cut is from My Creative Time ~Scallop & Stitched circle and the sentiment is from My Creative Time ~All Around Halloween set. I finished it up by adding some FUN crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl JAM. If you are looking for a quick treat bag to make, this is perfect. It went together pretty quickly. Hope you  like it!

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1.) Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #83 ~Spooky Time-add a ghost to your project
2.) Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge ~color challenge-Use orange, black and 1 other color
3.) Love To Crop ~Challenge-circles in your inspiration

Thanks for visiting and have a GREAT day!

The crimped ghost with glossy eyes, the PK face, the circular sentiment to coordinate with the fabulous embossing.. I'm running out of praise for you, my friend. The plaid flower is gorgeous, as is the ribbon. Oh yes, and let's not forget that it's a bucket treat bag! LOVE it.
