Hello Everyone and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!!
Yeah...it's Friday!! What does everyone have planned for the weekend? I really hope I can get in my craft room this weekend. I could use a little "me" time plus I need to get caught up on some projects and maybe play in a couple challenges:)
Last night I was able to sneak in my craft room for an hour and decided to make a birthday card that I was in need of and also kept in mind a few challenges that are going on out in blog land. I made a center step card. The papers are from a DCWV paper stack-baby girl. I actually love the colors in this stack-such bright and fun colors. The big scalloped circle is from Spellbinders-Lacey Circles which I embossed with a sizzix folder-sorry, don't have the name on that.
The poodle is cut from the Oh, so FUN cartridge-Create A Critter. I cut her at 4 1/4 plus the layers. I embossed the layers with the divine swirls folder and pop dotted her to the scalloped circle. I added a little bling, some doodling and of course some fun satin bows. The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps~Amusing Animals set and the face is from Peachy Keen~Critter Faces set. Hope you like it!
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Birthday Sundaes ~Stair Step/Center Step/Side Step Birthday Cards!
2.) Paper Playtime ~Pets-and add a sentiment
3.) Die Cutting Divas ~Favorite Pets
4.) Love to Crop ~Orange, Pink and one other color ( I used white)
5.) DL.ART ~Anything goes
6.) Cardz TV ~Challenge #6-Anything goes
Thanks for visiting and have a great wknd!!
