Enjoy!!

Happy Friday all! I am sorry I have been missing a bit this week. I have been extremely busy and things just got in the way of my crafting :(

My youngest son graduates this weekend from college and his girlfriend graduates from her masters program next weekend so we will be busy attending the ceremonies and celebrating. Hopefully things will slow down next week a bit so I can get back in my craft room :)

I am missing all by blogger buddies and plan on getting caught up with visiting your blogs over the weekend and into next week. Thanks for being so patient!!!

I have a quick Birthday card to share with you. I cut this yummy ice cream cone shaped card from the Something to Celebrate cartridge at 7 1/2 plus the layers. 


I embossed some of the layers with the houndstooth and divine swirls folder. The sentiment-Happy Birthday is from My Creative Time~Floral Sentiment set and the sentiment-Enjoy is from Pink by Design ~Tags & Treats set. I added a yummy bow using crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl JAM.  I am entering this in a challenge at Bitten by the Bug2 ~ice cream cone challenge.

I am having some computer issues this week as well. I am having to restore everything as I ended up with a virus of some kind. So, I am temporarily using my husbands computer for now. Not sure if I will end up losing anything but if you see some posts gone...hmmm, that's probably what's going on.

    I feel for you having a sick computer. My desktop got sick and died a quick death last year and I've been on my laptop since.

    Congratulations to your son and his girlfriend! Enjoy all the celebrations, my friend! You are dearly missed of course, but I'm happy there are so many exciting things happening. :o) (Well, except the computer issue part... so unsparkly.)

    This card is absolutely precious, Sherrie! I LOVE that ice cream cone! I am so wishing I had that cartridge.. oh my gosh. I seriously love it. :o) The cone is amazing. I love the swirled ice cream, the textured cone, and of course the sweet bows on top. Beautiful work as always, my sweet friend! :o)

    Your card is so stinkin' cute...I am smiling right along with the sweet cone!! I love the embossing and the bow topper!! Just adorable!! I hope you get the virus issues taken care of...having dealt with so many over the years, they are no fun :(
