Hello Everyone and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Happy Tuesday all!!! Summer is going way too fast!!! I can't believe it's already mid July! Where does the time go, yikes!
This week I will be busy helping my daughter get her wedding invitations together and the this weekend we are off to the big "Mall of America" to look for shoes for the wedding. I think it's more of a girls day out more than anything...but, I do have to find my shoes this weekend so my dress can be hemmed and altered the following week. Actually, looking forward to a little fun time:)

My card for today is for a challenge over at Inspired by Stamping ~challenge #17. We were asked to create a project using light pink, light blue and light yellow. Here is the inspiration photo for the challenge!
Here is my card:
I used the Spellbinders Grand Labels Four for the base and base layer of the card. The next two layers are from the Spellbinders Labels Nine and pop dotted for some dimension. I also distressed the edges using Tim Holtz~Victorian Velvet. I added a couple pretty flowers that are cut at 2 1/4 from the Flower Shoppe cartridge. The papers are from Heidi Grace ~Daisy Dear and the sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping~Heartfelt Gratitude set. I finished it off with a pretty satin bow and some gem flourishes.
I am also entering this in the following challenge:)
1.) Jaihart ~Sunday's are lovely #11

I have enjoyed perusing your recent posts; Arya looks beautiful in her pretty patriotic dress. I also LOVED your Liberty Bell card with the fabulous texture.
This is a lovely card. I have this paper, but I guess I need to distress it to make it look better. I need to work with my Spellbinders more now that I am almost done with school projects. Time to explore!
