Hello Everyone! I hope your having a great week so far. I am really struggling these days to get in my craft room and then when I do...... my brain freezes! Whats up with that? It seem I have been away to long and just can't get my act together, lol! Anyway, hang in there with me...things will start coming together soon-I hope:)
I have a card this evening to share with you that it seems like took me forever to do which would normally take me 45 min to an hour, Ugh! I made this to join in a few challenges along with a photo inspirational challenge over at Peachy Keen Challenge. Here is the color inspiration photo for that challenge:)
I started off using the Spellbinders Label 4 for the card base along with the base layer which I embossed half of the layer with the spots and dots folder. I then cut the cute little monster at 4" plus the layers from the Mini Monster cartridge. I embossed some of the pieces with the polka dot and the diamond folders. The adorable face is stamped using the PK692-monster mash face asst. The banner is fussy cut and I added the sentiment which is from My Creative Time~All Around Halloween set and the Boo is from K. Andrew Designs~Fall-o-ween set.

This is absolutely adorable, Sherrie!! I love the little monster!! The embossing is so fun and the colors are fabulous together!! I know what you mean about struggling in the craft room. When I got back from vacation, my mojo was gone...I had ideas of what I wanted to do but I couldn't get them to work out. So frustrating!! I have no doubt you will be back in your craft room crafting up a storm of amazing projects!! Have a great evening my friend!!

ReplyDeleteHa! I am in the same brain-freeze. When I get in my craft room, nothing happens. No mojo. Nada. I finally had to make a card yesterday and it took an hour...not to mention the picture taking and the posting...

I so hear you about the craft room - my room is clean...., you know what that means - I haven't been in there haha!

You melted that brain freeze with some hot mojo Sherrie...the threaded ribbon plays off the sentiment banner perfectly and the colors are boo-tiful!
