For you!

Hello and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!

First of all....MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! I am so sorry I haven't posted for a week but with family all home and enjoying time with everyone the week has just flown by, yikes! Hoping to get back in the swing of things real soon.....:)

I wanted to share a fun little project that I quickly put together Christmas Eve to place on the dinner plates for the kids. I covered these yummy Hershey candy bars, stamped a cute Peachy Keen ~Winter face set and added rosy cheeks to each of them.

I fussy cut felt hats, added bakers twine and a cute little bell to each hat. I finished them by wrapping a ribbon scarf and attaching an adorable tags using the Tiny Tags 2 and Tiny Tags metal dies from My Craft Spot.

Thanks so much for stopping,
Sherrie K

  2. Very cute Sherrie! Love how you tailored the design so the adornment could be slipped off the chocolate and the snowman is still a bundle of snowy delight!

  3. Oh I LOVE them! I wanted to make some of these too but never got around to it! You did a fabulous job! Those faces are ADORABLE! I'm sure your table was gorgeous!

I hope you have a great day and are getting things back to normal. I just finally got all the gifts put away, laundry and dishes done and now I can tend to my little one, he came down with a little cough so it's a couch potato day for us :)

  16. My dear friend, I am so happy to finally be playing Blogger catch-up! I forgot to mention in my last post that I would be away for a tad over a week over the holiday for vacation-family time! My sweetheart always takes time off since it's our favorite time of year. :o)

I am so behind that I now must resort to group comments, which breaks my heart! Please forgive me for not leaving a message on all of your posts that I missed... I just read through each one and adore every single project! Your creative range is always inspiring and it was such a joy to see all you've been up. :o) As for these cutie pies, what can I say except that I am in love! Their faces are adorable and I LOVE their hats and scarves! The twine bows and little jingly bells are so precious. These are (without question) the most adorable candy wrappers I've ever seen. :o) Marvelous work, Sherrie! I pray you had a joyous Christmas, filled with love and blessings. :o)

    Hugs and blessings!
