Hello and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!!!
Hi Everyone! I have a fun little project I whipped up yesterday to play in some challenges!
Hope you are inspired:)
Hope you are inspired:)
I made these quick post it note holders. I thought since little Arya has moved up to the big girl room at daycare, this would be a fun little gift for her to give her new Teacher:)
These are super easy to put together and several ways to make them. You can go HERE if you are interested on how to make these. I used papers from the DCWV Grade School collection. I added a small strip of paper along the bottom that I embossed with the stars folder and inked with TH walnut stain.
I cut the apple and layers from A Child's Year cartridge at 2 1/2. I embossed it with the swiss dots folder. I stamped the adorable faces using the PKSC-18 June stamp kit and then did a little doodling. Don't ya just love the face?
The inside has coordinating paper and then adhered the post it notes in place.
I tied a fun sheer bow, maraschino twine bow and included a tag. The tag is a My Craft Spot
Tiny Tags Metal Die, stamped with the Tiny Tags 3 Stamp Set and inked with TH walnut stain.
These are easy to make and great for a quick gift idea~I will definitely make more of these!a
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) My Sheri Crafts Challenge #116 Back to School
2.) Craftin Desert Diva's Linky Party #12~Back to School
3.) 2 Creative Chicks Challenge #5 Anything Goes for kids
4.) Bitten by the Bug2 Challenge Back to School
