Hello and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!
Hi Everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your week! Today I have a card to share with you for this weeks Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge.
The challenge this week is: Sympathy cards
Unfortunately, I did need a couple sympathy cards last week for a Great Aunt that passed away and an Uncle that passed away this week.
I don't usually make sympathy cards because they always seem a bit of a challenge for me. I always have a brain freeze when it comes to coming up with a design. So, I usually buy them...Shhhhh, did I say that!

Here is my card:
The base and base layer is a Spellbinders 5x7 Elegant Labels Four die followed by a Spellbinders Label Four which I distressed the edges with Momento desert sand. The next layer is another Elegant Labels Four die, a beautiful Floral Oval and a Classic Oval.
I then cut the frame from the Art Philosophy cartridge at 4.03 x 1.73 using my gypsy to stretch it some to fit the sentiment. I embossed the outer frame with the polka dots folder and popped it up with foam tape and added a few pretty pearls. I stamped the sentiment with Peachy Keen Stamps~Ballin Buddies stamp set.
The foliage spray is cut at 2" also from the Art Philosophy cartridge and the pretty butterfly was punched using the layered butterfly punch from EK Success. I inked the edges with desert sand and added a few pearls.
I topped it off with a pretty double satin bow, a fun button from Liz's Paper Loft along with some pretty pearls to finish my card.
I am also entering this in the following challenges:
