Hello and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!
Hi Everyone!!
Yippee! Today is another GD day for me at My Creative Time!!
I am having so much fun and so honored to share some fun projects with you using Emma's awesome products!! If you missed my GD project yesterday for My Creative Time and want to check it out, scroll down or go HERE to view it:)
Today, I am sharing a few projects with you using some of my favorite go to dies and stamps from her line along with some of the new ones from her latest release.
I started off with this cute reindeer box that I found at the Silhouette Store and cut it with my Cameo. I cut the reindeer, inked the edges and added some Sparkling Ice Glitter to the antlers.
The cute bow I attached to the reindeer is My Creative Time's new Fun Size Scallop Stitched Bow. Isn't that just adorable?
The fun little tag is stamped with the Teeny Tags Holiday stamp set and layered on the Tiny Tags Layering Die and tied on with Christmas twine I picked up at Hobby Lobby.
I filled them with yummy Hershey Hug Kisses and they are all ready to go~My daughter will be leaving these on some of her co-workers desks at work as a little gift from her :)
Okay, now for a second project:
I cut these cute mittens at 6" from the Jolly Holiday cartridge and using my sewing machine stitched them together. I left the top open to create a treat holders. The papers are from MME Lost & Found Christmas collection. I just love these papers in this stack!
I added a pretty border piece using the new Fun Stitched Edges metal die. I layered a fun burlap panel, tied some red SU hemp twine and a little bell that I had in my stash to dress it up.
For the tag, I used the Scallop & Stitched Circle die and then stamped the sentiment with the Mixed Holiday Sentiment stamp set, inked the edges with TH walnut stain and tied it on.
I filled it with a packet of Mocha Cappuccino mix, Hershey Milk Chocolate Santa bar and a yummy candy cane :)
I hope you like my quick, easy treat holder idea's as much as I had fun making them! Thanks so much for stopping by and again a BIG thanks to Emma at My Creative Time for having me today!!
