Special Delivery~Snail Mail

Hello and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!
Hi Everyone!!
I hope you are all having a great week! I am finishing up some last minute things this morning before we leave on our snowmobile trip for a few days :) It's been so cold here this winter.....we are keeping our fingers crossed for nice weather...they are saying possibly in the 20's by Saturday. That would be perfect!!

I will be back next week to try and catch up with my visits and commenting along with finishing up my DT projects for My Craft Spot's stamp release!!  Can't wait for you guys to see all the fantastic NEW stuff!! Wow, you are gonna LOVE it all!!

Today is my DT day at My Craft Spot and would love to share a cute Valentine project with you using the Postage Stamps  stamp set. I plan on giving this to my little Granddaughter Arya for Valentine's Day filled with yummy candy along with a little cash inside :)
I cut the adorable little mail box I found at the Silhouette store on my Cameo. I re sized the box some so it wasn't so large since I just wanted to fill it with candy. The pattern papers are from
K & Company Circus Valentine~so many fun prints in this collection.
After I assembled the box, I popped this cute little snail that I cut at at 2 1/2 from the Birthday Bash cartridge plus all the layers.  I embossed a portion of it with the divine swirls folder and added a little doodling. I used my gypsy to hide the face features so I could stamp the sweet little face with Peachy Keen's NEW Sweet On You stamp set. I added some rosy cheeks, freckles and glossy accents over the eyes.
What a cutie, ha?
I wrapped some fun pink sorbet twine twine along the bottom, tied a double bow and added a small heart button.  I also wrapped pink sorbet to the lid, punched a small hole through the circle, attached the banner and tied a double bow. The banner is the Ribbon Banners Straight metal die and I stamped the sentiment with the Postage Stamps stamp set.
I also added little hearts/arrows to the side of the box and added a fun little gem to the center :)
I hope you liked my project:)
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Silhouette Challenges #10 Box
2.) My Sheri Crafts Challenge #126 Valentine
