Good Morning Everyone!
Happy Thursday!! I hope you are all having a great week so far. I heard that some of my blogger friends are getting hit with a huge snow storm and blizzards like conditions yesterday and today :( So many of us are SO ready for spring! What a strange winter we've had.....for those of you in the storm, we are thinking of you! Stay safe!!
I have a fun project to share with you today that I started a few weeks ago and just now had a little time to finish it up. I picked up this awesome file from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon and cut it on my Cameo. Lisa is now a Contributing Artist to the Silhouette Store! Yeah!!! How exciting for her~Check it out HERE for all the fun files or visit her Blog at Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon.
Lisa has SO many fun and adorable files and when I saw this K-Cup Treat Bag and thought it would make such a cute birthday gift idea along with a gift card to Starbucks. I cut the holder with Kraft paper and then added some fun lace along the bottom that I had in my stash. Then using some awesome papers from Canvas Corp, I layered a doily using My Craft Spot's 4" Doily metal die. I followed that with a My Creative Time's Vintage Stitched Label and then the cute coffee cup.
The coffee cup is cut at 3" from the Love You Latte cartridge. I inked the edges with walnut stain and embossed the top with the spots and dots folder. I stamped the small sentiment along the side with My Craft Spot's Bon Appetite stamp set.
The flower is created with My Creative Time's Flower Petal metal die & Stitched Leaves metal die. I inked the edges and adhered the flower in place and then added a small gem to the center.
The small burst is My Craft Spot's Lacy Banners metal die and stamped with the Best Wishes stamp set.
I finished with a small wrap of burlap to the handle, then tied on hot chocolate and merlot crinkle ribbon and then tied a bow. A couple yummy flavored Keurig coffee's to the holder and all ready to give away :)
Hope you liked my project!
