Thank you

Hello and Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion!
Hello Everyone!
I hope you are having a great week so far!
Can you believe it's already the middle of April?? Hard to tell around here with the cold temperatures lately :( We've had just a few days above 50 and that's about it so far. We are under a winter storm for tonight and tomorrow with up to 6 inches of snow.... I am praying there are wrong!!!

On a happier note.....It is my DT day over at My Craft Spot and I have a fun project to share with you today using the Simply Sentiments stamp set.

I was checking out the files at My Scrap Chick and found this cute file I just had to make :)
It is called the Nail Polish Bottle and Cap Trio
Isn't this just a fun 3D box??
I kept it the size the file downloaded in because I wanted to be able to put a couple small bottles of fingernail polish inside, a file and maybe even a gift card.
The pattern paper is from Paper Studio and I embossed the layers with the Divine Swirls folder for a little texture along with some inking of the edges with TH victorian velvet.
The tag is My Craft Spot's Tiny Doilies 2 metal die and stamped the sentiment with the Simply Sentiments stamp set.  I wrapped some fun tulle around it, tied a bow along with black Jute String bow and a pretty flower to the center.
As you can see, the perfect size for adding a fun little gift inside:)
It would make a cute party favor idea for a birthday or bridal shower, don't you think?

I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Just B Creative Crazy April Linky Party
2.) DL.ART April Linky Party
***Be sure to stop and check out my giveaway HERE. There is still a little time to enter****
Thanks for stopping and have a GREAT day!!

  5. Sherrie, this is just a great way to give a gift! So special!

It's spring break for the kids, and we have a freeze warning here too. It's raining now and will dip to freezing rain going into the 20's they said. It's crazy. We had 80's temp on Sunday. It was perfect for the cherry blossom festival at least.

  8. Love this so much!! First of all, the pink is beautiful and the green bow looks amazing with it!! The embossing adds such great texture!! What a fun and fabulous treat box!! It looks so gorgeous!!

I really hope you don't get the snow. We had frost last night and temps around 30, but thankfully no snow. The frost will probably kill all the beautiful blooming flowers. Ugh. Despite the weather, have a great day my dear friend!! Big hugs :)

  15. Such a great looking gift box and such fun colors as always. Looks like these would be fun to make for my granddaughters. I have been collecting those little sample lotions and shampoos for the hotels we have stayed in on this trip and I have a ton of them to play with. Thanks for the super cute ideal and have a great week playing in the snow.
