Well, are you feeling the crunch or are you about ready for Christmas? It sure is coming fast, ha? I don't have to much left to do but I came down with a bad cold over the weekend so it's slowing me down this week a bit :(
I am thrilled to be a Guest Designer over at My Craft Spot today! I have a pretty Christmas card to share with you today using the Tiny Tags Christmas stamp set. This is such a fun set ~it is loaded with many sentiments and works perfectly with the Tiny Tags metal die.

I am thrilled to be a Guest Designer over at My Craft Spot today! I have a pretty Christmas card to share with you today using the Tiny Tags Christmas stamp set. This is such a fun set ~it is loaded with many sentiments and works perfectly with the Tiny Tags metal die.

My card base is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 and followed with a base layer. I cut a brown panel and then layered a layer which was cut with the QuicKutz Nesting Eyelet Square die. The pattern papers used for this card are from The Paper Studio-North Pole & Woodland Wonderland .
The snowflake border is gorgeous..picture does not do justice! I used the Memory Box Frostyville border die and then glittered it with Sparkling Ice......so pretty and sparkly!!
The deer is the Tim Holtz Prancing Deer die. I just love this die! I wrapped some Natural Jute String, added a little bell and tied a bow.
I finished with a bow tied with cranberry crinkle ribbon and added a darling little tag. The tag is created with the Tiny Tags metal die, stamped with a sentiment from the Tiny Tags Christmas stamp set and then with pinned on with a pear pin from my stash.

And the beautiful prancing reindeer - I need that one, too (you are such an enabler!!) The texture you added with the burlap, twine and ribbon is fabulous!! Love, love this my friend!! ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling a little better, my youngest was so sick on Thanksgiving he just slept through the whole day and night :( and was left with a runny nose that won't quit. I hope yours doesn't linger! Well, I don't have too much more to do so hopefully I'll get it all done this week! We are expecting a really big rain storm which we need so I may not go out and about :)

Sherrie, this is gorgeous! Outdoorsy Christmas cards are so lovely and this is no exception. :o) The burlap-snowflake paper is stunning and I love the sparkly snowflake border and sweet reindeer! Naturally I adore the Tiny Tags Christmas set... it works so beautifully with your festive creation. Wonderfully designed card as always, my dear friend! I hope you're feeling much better soon! Oh Sherrie, this is absolutely gorgeous. When I saw it on MCS, I did not realize it was yours!! Love the border at the top, the paper is gorgeous, and love the little pin you used to attach the tag :)

ReplyDeleteThis is a gorgeous card. Perfect for the Christmas holiday! That deer die is really a great one. I've seen a few deer dies before but something about this particular die is magical. That crinkle ribbon bow is just lovely and really like how that cute tiny tag is hanging from it. I love that snowflake border and all the pretty sparkly and glittery goodiness! And in case I do not get the chance to talk to you beforehand, I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year!
