Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone & Happy Thursday!
The week is sure flying by fast ha? I still can't believe it is almost June?! So, do you have a lot planned for the summer? We have a few weddings coming up in June, a family reunion and a new Granddaughter on the way in about 5 is busy!

Today I have a couple birthday cards to share with you using a darling cut file from My Scrap Chick called Dancing Candles. I have had them for a while and finally got a chance to cut them, cute ha??
I can see these cuties also on a gift bag or even a treat favor :)
I started with the Spellbinders Card Creator S5-131 for my base and base layer of my card. I used this die set also for the smaller panels~it is a handy, go to kind of die set. The papers are from Paper Studio and some scraps in my scrap bin for the candles.
After piecing them together, I did a little doodling and added some fun eyelashes. Thank you Theresa for sharing the face tutorials~love them! The vertical panels are stamped using My Creative Time's Fun Vertical Greetings stamp set.
I am also entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Seize the Birthday Anything Goes~Birthday theme
2.) The Pink Elephant #300~Anything Goes
3.) Silhouette Challenges #25~Anything Goes
4.) DL.ART May Linky~Anything Goes

Sending you S'more love

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hi Everyone!
I have a cute project to share with you today using a FUN stamp set from Jaded Blossom.  This will be my last GD project for Jaded Blossom. I had a blast this month creating, especially during the release!!! Thank you SO much Michelle and Candace for having me~you guys are the best!

Here is the fun stamp set I used for my project~Perfect for this time of year~ a lot of possibilities:

My daughter wanted a thank you card that she could send to their neighbors who have been having them over the past few weekends for bonfires.
Here is what I created:
I used the Nesting Eyelet dies for the base and base layer of my card. The cute little bear is a cut file from Kadoodle Bug Designs called S'more Love.  I added some fun crinkle ribbon and tied a double bow. The banner is Jaded Blossom's Mini Tags Die and I stamped the sentiment with Got S'mores stamp set.
I know she only wanted a card but I had to send along a little treat also, lol!  They have a couple little boys who just love playing with Arya. The kids absolutely love making s'mores... Isn't that the best part of having a bonfire?!!
I made a little s'more kit for the kids. It has everything you need to make a couple s'mores all packaged in a gusset bag. The cute topper is Jaded Blossoms Fancy Topper Die and the holder is a file from SVG Cutting Files~Decorative Edge Box. I used the Mini Tags Die 2 for the banner and the sentiment is again stamped with the Got S'mores stamp set.
I am also entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Scrappy Moms Stamps Animals, Animals Everywhere
2.) DL.ART Challenge~May Linky

After doing a lot of projects the last few weeks it was such a big mess I couldn't stand it, lol! I manage to get a little done and then took a break to create this fun little treat. I used some awesome product from Jaded Blossom. I love the candy stamps...they really add some fun to your treat!

Precious Baby

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend!
Happy Belated Mother's Day to all you amazing Mommy's out there!
I hope you all enjoyed my projects last week for the Jaded Blossom's Stamp Release and Blog Hop. I had so much fun being a part of that :) I can't wait to make more projects using those new sets!

It has been a busy few weeks~I am hoping to slow it down a bit...hehe! Especially before this next Grand baby arrives and then it gets crazy all over again!

Today I thought I would share a few projects I made for my Daughter In Law's bridal shower that we  had recently. I snapped some pictures before we hauled it all over to where the shower was being held at. Amber, my (DIL) wanted a Safari theme as that is what she is doing in the baby's room.
As you can tell by the pink...yup, she is having a little girl~due to arrive early July! This will be our 3rd Granddaughter~Arya and Lacy will be having a little cousin real soon...can't wait!
Here are some individual diaper cakes made for each of the tables at the shower: There are 2 monkey's, 2 giraffe's and 2 zebra's. I found the adorable print and cut  files of these animals on the Silhouette Store. I sized them, printed them and then cut them on my Cameo. Such a great feature and so easy to do!!
I  added a belly band around the diaper cakes with brown ribbon  and then layered a gem ribbon. The scallop and circle that the animals are popped on are also from the Silhouette Store. I tied and curled the ribbon on top and tied it to the balloon holder~fun ha?
Here is a close up:
The sweet monkey
The adorable giraffe
The cute little zebra
I also made up some treats with cute little envelopes that I picked up at Michael's. I popped these little safari animals onto the scallop/circle and then onto the envelope. I stamped the sentiments with My Creative Time's Teeny Tag Greetings and filled them with yummy chocolates.
I had to also make M & M candy sticks.......Arya's favorites, lol! The tags are from the Silhouette Store along with the animals, tied on some tulle and viola..done :)
I made a larger diaper cake for the centerpiece with some fun little socks, lotion, rattles, pacifiers, mittens, etc. I also made a small banner for in front of the gift table. I cut the banner from chipboard and covered them with pattern paper from Paper Studio. I inked the edges and popped on these adorable baby's. The baby's are from the Baby Steps cartridge and the letters are cut at 2" using the Art Philosophy cartridge. I finished by putting it all together using  purple and pink tulle.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Silhouette Challenges Challenge #25 Anything Goes
2.) Little Scrap Pieces Show it off Saturday
3.) DL.ART May Linky Party
4.) DoubleClick Challenge #21 Mom or Girly

Here is what I made:
I have always loved this adorable robot on the Wrap it Up cartridge and when I saw the new Robotastic and    Robot Candies stamp sets I knew I had to make one:

I also made a fun treat bag and card to go along with the robot. I used the Dainty Topper Die for the topper. The background sentiment on the topper and below on the box are stamped with the Robotastic stamp set. I then popped this adorable robot that I found at the Silhouette Store on the topper. The yummy chocolates were decorated with images from the Robot Candies stamp set, filled a gusset bag and put in a cute Gusset Box insert from SVG Cutting Files. I Finished with a sentiment that is stamped onto the Mini Tag Dies 2 and a
 pretty bow.
The card is a 3 x 3~The yummy cupcake is from the Birthday Dies. I added some sugar coating to the cupcake for a sparkly and yummy look:) The little sentiment is stamped with the Robot Candies.
