Today's post is pre scheduled as we are on vacation this week in Mexico. I do have a few more projects that will be posting to so hope you stop back to visit :)

I  had a little time before we left to quickly whip up a card to play in the Pirate themed challenge going on at Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon. Lisa has a lot of new files the last few weeks and just
 couldn't resist!
I used the Pirate Octopus file for my card:

I cut a black mat and then chose pattern paper from Paper Pizazz for the background. Then, with foam adhesive I adhered this cute octopus from PPPR in place.

I added a border along the bottom with a SU punch and the cute sentiment is My Creative Time's~Many Greetings stamp set. I finished my card with some fun skittles from my good friend Carri at DoubleClick.

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend~
By now we are onto day 3 of our vacation and things are going great!

I have a quick birthday card that I have pre-scheduled to share with you today using some fun new papers from SU and stamps and dies from My Creative Time.

I started with some new SU papers for my card that were release recently. I used watermelon wonder and Mint Macaron card stock and ink. I just love these two colors together.

The base layer has a fun stamped background using My Creative Time's~Family is Everything stamp set.  The yummy cone is created with~You Make Life Sweet stamp/die set and the little faces are also from this set, cute ha? I added foam adhesives for a bit more dimension and adhered it in place.

I added a small panel along the bottom and used a SU punch to create a fun border. I tied on this gorgeous watermelon wonder lace ribbon for the bow and fun metallic sequins to finish it up ;)

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are having a great week.
We are leaving tomorrow ( yippy) on vacation for a little over a week, yay! Do I sound excited??Oh...I am really looking forward to some R & R this trip! I am also meeting up with some bloggy buddies which I can't wait!
 Thanks Carri so much for setting that up~you're the best!!

 I will have very limited internet in Mexico so I do have some projects pre-scheduled to post that I hope will inspire you. I will be back soon to visit you and check out your creations while I was away upon my return.

Today, I have a fun and quick little 3D treat to share with you~ I wanted to share this last week but time got away on me :( They went together really quick so if your looking to mass produce a fun project for the little kiddo's or even Teachers, this is perfect! Arya has a couple special friends she met the first few weeks of school and will be giving these to them :)

Also, as you can see it can be switched out with any treat that fits in the slots~I did a couple pencils and some yummy licorice to show you a few idea's.

I started with Jaded Blossoms Scallop Slider and Topper Die for the base. I found the adorable little owl with apple at the Silhouette Store #64830. Isn't she cute?

After piecing the owl together, I added foam adhesives and popped her in place. I added a flower to to her, some doodling and a cute tag. The tag is the Treat Flags Die and the sentiment is stamped with the Simple Sayings 3 stamp set.

Hi Everyone and Happy Monday!

I wanted to pop in and share a quick project I made with the fun Stampin Up monthly Paper Pumpkin kit. One of my friends sells SU.... so I decided to try the Paper Pumpkin 3 month subscription. I really have enjoyed them:) I got this kit in the mail the other day and had a little time today in my craft room to whip them up.

If you are working on any 3D projects~ we have a fun 3D challenge going on this week over at the PDE Linky Party.

These are super fun and the kit makes all 8 of them! I am always looking for idea's on treats and this is prefect and so easy to put together. These were filled with yummy candy before tying a bow  and tag on.

You could use these as party favors at Thanksgiving by adding their name to it and sitting it near each place setting or give at Halloween~a lot of options as you can choose what you want to stamp on the tag~a lot of sentiments and images with the stamp set that's included in the kit.

Hello Everyone! 

I hope you are having a fantastic weekend!
It was a beautiful day here in MN....temps in the mid 70's!  I spent a lot of the day yesterday outside doing some yard work, cutting back shrubs, bushes and just getting ready for fall. I even had a little time in my craft room to create a card to play in some fun challenges, yay!

I have a quick card to share using Kadoodle Bug Designs~Thanksgiving Turkeys file and a stamp set from Scrappy Moms Stamps. Oh my gosh, this is such a fun file and you get a lot of cute files with this set....great for Thanksgiving projects. To check it out, go HERE.
I used the Sunflower Turkey for my card:

I started with a brown card base and followed with a layer of orange. I cut a smaller panel of brown along with pattern paper before I adhered this darling turkey in place.  The face is stamped with PKSC-27 March 2014 stamp set and the flower was from my stash.

I tied on some 3 Girl JAM charcoal ribbon and tied a double bow. The banner is JB Mini Tag Dies 2 and the sentiment is stamped with Scrappy Moms Stamps~The Charmed Life. I finished with fun enamel dots from Doodlebug.

PDE Linky Party~3D Projects

Today, I have a cute little treat to share.....yeah, I know more treats, lol! I love making them! I used the adorable SVG cutting file~Nugget Easel Drawer Box for my project. You could put something other than chocolate inside this to. A gift card would fit perfectly for another option. I added some fun layers to the panel the robot is on with JB Scallop Square Dies for additional color and dimension.

I then layered the adorable little robot which is from Silhouette Store~Love Robot Girl with foam adhesives for more dimension. 

I added a cute little sentiment using JB Robotastic stamp set o the front of the box. The small sentiment in the center is from JB Robot Candies. I finished with a pretty bow using gingham ribbon from my stash.

PPPR Guest Designer~Little Scarecrow

I am super excited today to be Guest Designing for Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon. Lisa has so many darling files in her store it's hard to choose from sometimes! This girl is so talented...love her files! Come check them out...you won't be disappointed!

Today, I used this super cute PPPR cutting file called~ Little Scarecrow for my project.
Hope you like it!

 My card base layers are created with MCT~Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More. The pattern paper is MME Stella and Rose Collection. I used MCT~Stitched Bracket Dies for the fun bracket along the bottom.

 I cut the sweet Little Scarecrow cutting file from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons with pattern papers from this collection and put it together. I added a cute sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps~The Charmed Life onto MCT~Curly Label.  I tied on a cute bow using 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon and finished with fun skittles from Carri at DoubleClick.

I also made a matching tag for my treat. The treat box bottom is created with Jaded Blossom's~Candy Caddy die and the Hershey nuggets are wrapped with the Candy Wrap Dies.  The tag is made with MCT~Tags Die and I popped this cutie on it with foam adhesives. The sentiment is stamped from Scrappy Moms Stamps~Writing on the Wall stamp set onto MCT~Curly Label. Again, tied on 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon for the pretty bow.

A little something just for you

Hello Everyone!
I hope your having a good week so far :)

I have another quick "back to school" treat to share that a friend had asked me to make for her.  I made some yummy pretzels using Wilton candy melts, packaged them up and attached a fun tag. I made 48 of them and kept it rather simple as the little ones will just tear into them anyway and throw the tags away~ These are super easy to make and everyone seems to enjoy them! You can easily switch the colors around for any occasion and make a matching tag for the theme :)

The tag is cut at 3 1/4 from the Art Philosophy cartridge. Yup, I fired up the Cricut Expression, lol! The apple was a die from My Creative Time's~ Love to Learn die/stamp set and the sentiment is stamped with My Creative Time's~ Teeeny Tag Holidays stamp set.

I tied on some gingham ribbon and tied a bow to finish them up.

Back to School Tags/Treats

Hi Everyone! 

I hope you all having a wonderful and safe Labor Day weekend! I have been taking it easy this weekend as I have been fighting a bad cold all week, Ugh!
I imagine some of your children, grandchildren have started school already?! Our school starts up tomorrow for the new year. I seriously can't believe how fast the summer has gone!

 I have some cute "Back to School" tags to share that I made and attached them to some yummy
 M & M treats sticks that I started on and finally finished up. 

They are great to give to the little kiddo's on their 1st day of school OR Teachers, School Bus Drivers, etc.

The tags are Jaded Blossom's~ Luggage Tags Die. The cute little images are stamped with Pretty Cute Stamps~Back to School stamp set and fussy cut out. The butterflies are from Jaded Blossom's ~Spring Dies 2 and the grass is from My Craft Spot~ Fancy Edges Die.

 I also used the darling stamp set from Pretty Cute Stamps~Back to School for all the sentiments.  I tied on SU ribbon that was in my stash, black string bow and a fun enamel dot to the center.

I was able to sneak in my craft room today and make a quick birthday card that I had a request for and to play in some fun challenges. We also have the "Anything Goes" challenge going on over at PDE Linky Party. So, come link up......We'd love to see your creations!

 I am sharing a quick birthday card using an adorable file from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon~called Cowboy Cactus. I also paired it up with a cute sentiment from Pretty Cute Stamps. 

I started with 5 x 5 card base. The pattern paper is from Simple Stories~ I wrapped some fun twine around the base layer and tied a bow.

I then layered a oval using My Creative Time's~Scalloped Stitched Ovals Metal Dies and popped this adorable Cowboy Cactus onto it. The sentiment is stamped with Best in the West stamp set from Pretty Cute Stamps.
