Happy Easter to you!

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hi Everyone!
I hope you are having a great day.
It's hard to believe March is almost over but I am ready for spring/summer to arrive!
How about you?
I have a couple cute little tags to share that I made last week for a few Easter treat bags. They were really quick to make and dressed up the packages perfectly.
I used some fun stamps and dies from Jaded Blossom.
The tags are created with the Luggage Tag Dies. I stamped the background with the Party Splatters stamp set and the butterfly is the Spring Dies 2 set.
The sweet little bunnies are a svg outline provided by JB and cut with my cameo. I then stamped the images with the Spring Silhouettes stamp set which was February's release freebie. I inked around the edges for it to pop a little to the bunnies. I finished with yummy ribbon and jute string from my stash~
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Sweet Stamps March Anything but a card challenge
2.) Silhouette Challenges Challenge #35 Anything Goes
3.) DL.ART March Linky~Anything Goes

Happy Easter Treats

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone!
I hope you are having a great day!
I can't believe Easter is right around the corner~I still have some things to do before we leave out of town for the weekend. I am still playing catch up it seems from vacation and just can't seem to get a schedule/routine going here, Ugh!
Hopefully, things will settle down soon and I can get back to crafting a bit more :)

I have a quick and simple Easter treat to share today~I whipped 30 of these for Arya's preschool classes and because the little ones are going to just rip into them and throw them away, I kept them very simple.
I used the adorable Jaded Blossom~Honey Bunny set for this project. I started with a base at 3 x 6 1/2, and then scored them in half. I then cut pattern pieces 2 3/4 x 3 for the background. The cute paper is from Cosmo Cricket.
The little bunnies are cute out on my cameo, then stamped with the Honey Bunny stamp set and colored with copics. The sentiment is also from this set. I have enclosed yummy lifesaver gummies to each of them for their treat
I hope they enjoy them!

2.) Jo's Scrap Shack Challenge #130 Easter

hoot hoot hooray~Happy Birthday

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello Everyone!
I hope your having a great day!
It has been pretty nice in our neck of the woods for this time of year. It's been in the 40's and they are saying the 50's by the weekend! Yay! I'm really struggling trying to find some mojo after being gone. I haven't had a lot of time in my craft room this week either....which probably doesn't help?!  I am hoping to get in my craft room some over the weekend to start on  Easter projects~that will be here before we know it!

I am sharing some birthday cards I created using some fun product from Jaded Blossom. I am finally getting around to using this cute new stamp set from Jaded Blossom~perfect for their challenge going on right now to which is to use something new
(use a sentiment or stamp set you've never used before)
I started with a white card base, followed by a panel cut using the Card Mat Dies. I cut a small piece out of the bottom of the base layer using the Panel Dies. I  then used the panel dies and cut again a separate panel in white used to stamp the sentiment on and slid it in place.  The adorable owl and sentiments are from the You're a Hoot stamp set~
The owl is stamped onto a Stitched Circle Die and layered onto a Scallop Circle Die. I colored the darling owls with copic and then with Wink of Stella. The hearts are cut at 1 3/4 from the Artiste cartridge...yup, fired up the Cricut to! I finished with a fun double sheer bow, string bow and button in the center.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
1.) Jaded Blossom  March Challenge~Use Something New
(Use a sentiment or stamp set you've never used before)
2.) Seize the Birthday Anything Goes Birthday

Friendships are forever

Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hi Everyone and Happy Monday!
We made it back from sunny Mexico late Saturday and now we are trying to get back in the swing of things, hehe! We had wonderful weather and amazing friends to hang out all week with. We definitely want to go back again sometime...for sure!
I was hoping to get on the Internet a bit more while we were there but we didn't have the best of connection at the resort. I will be trying to make some visits and getting caught up with blogging this week and hoping to craft some to~

Today, I am sharing a card that I made for a friend of mine using a sweet sentiment from
My Creative Time. Again, playing with some paints, sprays and embossing enamels. I just love the texture and depth it gives to your project.
I hope you like it!
My base and base layer are created with the Nesting Eyelet Square die.The next layer is a panel using papers from MME~On the bright side collection which is distressed and adhered down. The next layer is embossed with the Swirly Vines folder and then sprayed with Peach Delight glimmer mist.
After drying, I then layered the leaf sprays which are created with the Poppy Stamps Lovely Tendril die. I embossed them in pearl embossing powder. The doily is My Creative Time's~Bunch of Stitched Doily dies sprayed with glimmer mist. I stamped the sentiment with Friendships Are Forever stamp set onto a label I fussy cut out, then adhering in place.
The pretty butterfly is Poppy Stamps Murana and Samirah Butterfly dies, all from Scrapy Land. The top layer is embossed with Shabby White embossing enamel and gems were added to the center.
I added a pretty cluster of flowers that are from Recollections. I tucked beneath the flowers a Chandra Stem from Memory Box. I finished with skittle embellishments from DoubleClick and a pretty bow using Turning Leaf ribbon from DL.ART.
