Welcome to Sherrie Scraps with Passion
Hello my crafty friends~
I had a wonderful time last weekend at the scrap retreat. I was able to knock out a few projects for Christmas I needed to get done along with some Christmas cards. Of course, I could have got a bit more done had I not goofed off some...hehe, but how can you not with this group of ladies, lol! A lot of laughing going on at times...it sure is good for the soul! I had a blast with these girls :)

I have a couple quick Thanksgiving cards to share today. I used some fun stamps and dies from
Jaded Blossom. I also picked up a new die from Scrapy Land recently and worked it into this card design as well.
Jaded Blossom. I also picked up a new die from Scrapy Land recently and worked it into this card design as well.
I started with papers from scrap pile which seems to be forever growing, lol! This card was perfect for that. The little border along the bottom is created with Jaded Blossoms Border Dies 2 die and the two smaller pumpkins and cute sign are Jaded Blossoms Fall Dies. The larger pumpkin is the Patterned Pumpkin die I recently picked up from Scrapy Land. I stamped the fun little sentiment onto the sign with the Harvest Sign stamp set, also from Jaded Blossom.
The pumpkin faces are stamped with PK-560 Dolly Dumplins Face asst. I stamped the Happy Thanksgiving with Jaded Blossoms Happy Hello and Happy Hello (add on) stamp set. The ribbon was from my stash and finished with little skittles from Doubleclick.
I am entering this in the following challenges:

Also, be sure to stop back Thursday for my final post for Seize the Birthday as Surprise Guest Designer~

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had a wonderful time at the scrapping retreat!! It sounds like so much fun!! I would love to get together with friends and scrap, but I doubt I'd get much done either :) I hope you have a wonderful Tuesday!! It turned chilly here with frost in the mornings. Ugh. No matter how much I wish it wasn't so, winter is definitely on the way :( Big hugs sweet friend :)
