I have a fun little birthday set using an adorable stamp set my sweet friend, Theresa at Theresa's Crafty Creations sent me for my birthday. Oh my gosh, I just love this puffy fish! Thanks so much Theresa! I made a couple of these set so when I just need a quick little something for someones birthday it's all set to go.
Here are the cards:

The card base layer is Jaded Blossoms Scallop Rectangle Dies. I followed with Tutti Designs Stitched Nesting Rectangles. I stamped the sweet image from Art Impressions called Blow Fish and colored it with copics. I also added glossy accents to the eyes, lips and  the cake frosting for a fun look. The sentiments are stamped with My Creative Times~Make A Wish stamp/die  set. I finished with fun little sequins in my stash.

The treat is created with My Creative Times Stitched Treat Sleeve Die. I then followed with a panel using the Stitched Square Die Inside and Out dies and the Pretty Edge die. I stamped the image, colored it and fussy cut it out. I added foam adhesives to add dimension.

Then in the corner is My Creative Time's Stitched Starburst die and the Scallop & Stitched Circle  die.  I stamped the sentiment from Make A Wish onto that and adhered it in place.

Scrapy Land Challenge #66 Pearls and/or Lace

Happy Wednesday!!! I hope you are having a wonderful week! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the Challenge is: Pearls and/or Lace PLUS a brand of die Scrapy Land carries....there are over 40 brands to choose from!! You could in a $15 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land~

Today I have a couple cards to share using some gorgeous papers from Lemon Craft called House of Roses. I just love the soft pinks and greens in this print. I distressed the edges of the base layer with my DIA and then inked the edges with TH Tattered Rose.

I followed with a Tutti Designs Stitched Nesting Rectangle Die and layered a panel of pink behind it. In between those layers I added cheese cloth for some texture. I used a pattern stencil and ink on the pattern paper to ink of some cute little hearts onto it. I layered a a hot air balloon on to it which is Tutti Designs Heart Air Balloon Die. I love this die~it's so intricate and beautiful.

The happy is the Memory Box Happy Easter Perky Script Die. I stamped the sentiment with My Creative Times Happy Everything stamp set onto a Sue Wilson Designs Pierced Flags Die. I also added a layer of lace ribbon and some pretty pearls from my stash~

The bow is created with pretty ribbon from DL.ART~Sweet Love. In the center of the bow is the Die Versions Wee Petites Buttons Galore Die and tied on with red jute string. Beneath the bow is the Memory box Chloe Stem Die and Sue Wilson Designs Mosaic Leaves Die. The butterflies are Die Versions Whispers Pretty Butterflies Die.

Hi Everyone!
It's been a pretty busy since I last posted a week ago. My hubby and I took off for a few days to go visit my son who lives in NY and to spend Mother's Day with him. We enjoyed our visit and just barely returned and our Grandson was born about 6 hours later!
Meet Oliver Jay, born on Monday 5/16/17
7 lb 10 oz
This makes 3 Granddaughters and 1 Grandson for us.. for now :) We have one more Grandchild due in about 10 weeks. Life is gonna be busy with these little ones but we love it..wouldn't want it any other way!

 I have a sweet little baby boy overall shaped card that I created using a file from the Silhouette Store. To see the little girl overall shaped card and tag set, just scroll down or go HERE. The paper is from Echo Park~Bundle of Joy collection. I tied on little bows with twine from my stash and the sentiment is stamped with Banner Sentiments from My Craft Spot, no longer in business. These are so fun and really easy to put together when you need a quick card :)

I made a matching tag, perfect for on top of a package or gift bag using Craftin Desert Divas Banner Dies. The oval and star are from this die set as well. The sweet giraffe is stamped with Craftin Desert Divas So Long stamp set and colored with copics.

The little sentiment stamped in the star is the Bundle of Joy stamp set from My Craft Spot, no longer in business.

Hi Everyone!
First of all, I am so sorry I didn't get the chance to post the winner from the blog hop. I was a bit distracted as my son in law was hurt at a baseball game yesterday and ended up at the hospital. He got hit in the face in a fast pitch game and ended up breaking his jaw, Ouch! He was in surgery for 2 1/2 hours, wired his mouth and now on the road to recovery. Oh man,  I feel so bad for him :(  So I have been helping get the little ones to daycare and school for him since my daughter was out of town for work. Anyway, I think it's about time for some good things to come our way since we've had a string of bad luck lately.

The Theme of the party is "Birthday"

I created a fun little birthday card and treat box for my little nieces birthday. I started with Jaded Blossoms Rectangle Dies 1 for the base followed by the Card Mat Dies. I added some pretty ribbon around the center of the card and tied a bow. I then layered a Scallop Circle Die and then a Stitched Circle Die and layered with foam adhesives this sweet little birdie onto it.

The birdie is Miss Kate Cuttables-Bird in Tree file which was a freebie a while ago. I stamped the sentiment with the Supersized Birthday Greetings stamp set.

The treat box is My Creative Time's Treat Pouch Die. I layered a couple doilies using the Bunch of Stitched Doily Die. I fussy cut the flag and the celebrate is from My Creative Time's
Let's Party Word Die set. I finished with sequins from my stash.

Here is my DT project:

I started with papers from Lemon Craft~House of Roses for my base layer. I followed with the Die Version Whispers Hexagon Background and then with 2 panels using the Tutti Designs Stitched Nesting Rectangle Dies.

The wheelbarrow is Impression Obsession Wheelbarrow Die and cut out in pattern paper and in foam for added dimension. I added pretty flowers from my stash and tucked in a pretty flourish using Die Version Whispers Flourish Die. The banner is Sue Wilsons Pierced Flags Die and the sentiment is stamped with My Craft Spots Butterfly Kisses stamp set (no longer in business). The pretty crinkle ribbon is pure love and red hot love from my friend Diana over at DL.ART.
